BOV Women's League - Birkirkara FC 6-0 Swieqi United FC
by Ayrton Galea - 10th January 2019Birkirkara FC Women's Team extended their impressive start in the BOV Women's League, when they registered their ninth consecutive victory thanks to a comfortable 6-0 victory against Swieqi United FC.
Team's top-scorer Kailey Willis needed less than sixty seconds to put Birkirkara in-front as the fifteen-year-old forward scored ninth goal in nine league appearances. Tracy Teuma doubled the on the twentieth minute, before Rebecca Bajada scored her first goal with the club to make them three.
Captain and solid-defender Stephania Farrugia scored twice in the second half, before substitute Kelly Agius Pace scored a gem of a goal to add further gloss on the victory. This was Agius Pace's third goal in four appearances.
