Jake Grech earns his first National Team call-up

MFPA Best Young Player and MFPA Best Midfielder Jake Grech has earned his first National Team call-up as he is one of the two Birkirkara FC players called-up by the newly-appointed Coach Mr. Ray Farrugia for the National Team training camp.

In his first season with our Club, Jake has been instrumental to help the team secure their fourth place in the BOV Premier League. The offensive midfielder ended the league campaign as the team's best scorer and the fourth overall with eleven goals.

On the other hand, Cain Attard is the other Birkirkara player selected with the squad for the training camp. Attard has made five appearances with the National Team and he is a regular selected player.

We would like to congratulate Jake on his first call-up while wishing both players all the best of luck.
