Birkirkara FC Youth Academy in Tornei Giovanili Sicilia

Birkirkara FC Youth Academy participated in the Tornei Giovanili Sicilia with the Under-9's, Under-10's, Under-11's, Under-12's and Under-13's Teams respectively between the 29 March and 1 April 2018.

A contingent of 150 people made up by players, coaches, staff and parents left Malta on Thursday morning and returned on Sunday late evening. All teams from the Academy produced satisfactory performances against well-quoted teams including Barcellona Academy, Catania Calcio, Cagliari, Palermo, Perugia, Malmo, Foggia and Twente among others.

This was a great learning experience for everyone involved, particularly to the young players who got the opportunity to strengthen the bond within their team-mates while playing against foreign opposition.

The Birkirkara FC Youth Academy would like to thank everyone involved for their continuous help to make this a successful experience.
