Three Birkirkara players selected with the National Team

Henry Bonello, Joseph Zerafa and Gareth Sciberras have been called to the provisional twenty-three man squad of the National Team, led by Mr. Pietro Ghedin, for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Group F qualifier against Slovakia.

Bonello has earned a re-call with the National Team following missing Malta's last match against Slovenia, where the latter emerged as winners with a narrow 1-0 score. On the other hand, Sciberras and Zerafa retained their place following a string of positive performances.

Malta will face Slovakia on Sunday, 26 Match. The match will be played at the National Stadium and it will kick off at 20:45.
