Annual General Meeting 2013-14

Birkirkara FC will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday, 9 June at the hall of the Clubhouse, at 19:00.

All paid-up Club members for season 2013-14 are invited, and encourage to attend.

This Annual General Meeting has the following agenda:

1. Reading of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.

2. Reading of the Administrative Report 2013-2014.

3. Reading of the Financial Report.

4. Reading of other Reports.

5. Amendments to the statute.

6. Appointment of Auditor.

7. Election of the Committee for the 2014-2015 season.

8. President's address.

The Club would also like to advice that the last committee meeting for 2013-14 will be held on Saturday, 7 June 2014.
