Jhonnattann wins BOV player of November

Jhonnattann Benites has been the star in the Birkirkara forward line following since his return with the Stripes, and his electrifying performances have won him the award of the BOV Player of the Month for November.

After missing the pre-season, Benites made his return mid-way in September and he was quick to regain his scoring touch, and he is currently the Club's scorer with eight goals. Benites is also the Birkirkara player that was voted most as the BOV Man of the match, as he was chosen five times.

During the month of November, Benites was the protagonist for the Stripes to clinch maximum points from the three Premier League matches. During these three matches, Benites scored four goals, two against Floriana and other two against Vittoriosa Stars.

Bernard Azzopardi, Manager of Bank of Valletta's Birkirkara Branch presented the BOV Player of the Month trophy to Jhonnattann during one of the team's training sessions. The player chose Dar Pirotta to benefit from the cash donation related to this award.
