Birkirkara lodge protests

Birkirkara FC have this morning lodged protests over the suspension of three players from the Women's Team. The three players, Kelly Agius Pace, Maryrose Cardona and Stephania Farrugia were suspended for two matches each. The suspensions were based on the match report, over alleged incidents that happened after the Birkirkara and Gozo match which was played at the Sannat Ground on Sunday 28 April.

Birkirkara FC are basing the protests over the validity of the match report. Birkirkara FC have asked the MFA to hear the protests urgently, as the decision will effect the eligibility of these 3 players for tomorrow's important top of the table clash against Mosta FC.
