Get-together for the supporters

Birkirkara FC's Committee though its supporters sub-committee wishes to invite all the Club's supporters for a get-together on Friday 12 April at 19:30 at the Club house on top of the McDonald's restaurant.

This will be a good opportunity for the supporters to meet before what many are considering the match of the season against Hibernians. The match will be played on Sunday, 14 April at the National Stadium. Kick off time is scheduled for 17:00.

During the get-together the poster of the team for Season 2012-2013 will be launched, and will be available for just €2 for all those that attend.

The “Birkirkara Shake for Puttinu Cares” video will also be shown for the first time, on a giant screen. The video was shot last month, featuring the Birkirkara players and based on the Harlem Shake craze. Donations were collected for the Puttinu Cares foundation. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the sponsors of the video which made it possible, that is “Where's Everybody?” for filming and editing, Twilight and DJ Jeff for providing the sound system and the music, and Ms Lara Bella Vella, a professional make up artist who offered her services for face painting.

The event will be one of the series of “Heineken Nights”, which the Club is organising with Heineken from time to time.

We would like to urge all the supporters to attend this event before the decisive match against Hibernians.
